Sunday Brunch At The Good Wife | Heathy Delicious Buffet | Food Photography | Food Review

Been hearing good things about The Good Wife from my friends,a chance to review their Sunday Brunch was not to be missed, so here we were on a mildly rainy Sunday afternoon to try out their salads, main course, drinks and desserts spread. Ambiance is elegant, contemporary, lush, with couple seating, sofas, community table, high chairs, a full bar. Staff is extremely attentive, polite, helpful and cheery, no complaints at all on service side.

Sunday Brunch has a full spread of veg + non veg salads & desserts while a hot menu is made to order and drinks/beverages are also available. What I loved most about the salads here is that they all had fresh flavors, without over-addition of salt/pepper/dressings, everything was delicious without compromising on the inherent freshness and texture of ingredients.

A platter of fresh breads welcomed us,followed by-
Juicy Watermelon-Feta Salad,
Wholesome Hummus and Olives,
Must-have Grilled Beetroots-Feta Salad,
Cauliflower-Broccoli-Carrots Salad,
Quinoa and Kale Salad,
Cherry Tomatoes and Mozzarella Salad,
Couscous-Pomegranate Salad,
Zucchini Spaghetti Salad,
My personal favoritest Corn Spinach Cheese Quiche,

Special mention to Basil Butter that complimented the breads divinely, an exotic Cheese Platter replete with crackers & fruits,

For the main course hot menu, we tried Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli with Thyme Sauce which was creamy enough, would like a little bit of chilli or herbs to bring a punch to the dish along with Creamy Polenta with Spring Vegetables, a healthy concoction of cornmeal with delicious veggies in tangy sauce, delicious!

For drinks, we indulged in Apple Jack Mocktail (Apple + Grape + Mango), Fresh Orange Juice, Classic Margharita and Virgin Mojito, all good :)

Finally to my favorite section of Desserts, in one glance it looked just like 5-6 pastries, limited choice but when we tried them, each one was a masterpiece, absolutely decadent spread,

Superb Philadelphia Cheesecake,
Dark Chocolate Brownie,
Dutch Truffle Pastry,
Apple Pie Crumble,
Macaroon with Coffee Cream swirl,
Mildly Tangy PannaCotta,
World's best Creme Brulee,

We had 3 rounds of each, and I would be back here just for the salads & dessert section, absolutely worthwhile to lounge here and partake in these beautiful creations that are not only tempting to look at but memorable on the palate too :)
